Lauren, based in Omagh has completed a four year degree in Technology and Design at Stranmillis University Collage and is qualified in First Aid to Qualsafe First Response Emergency Care Level 3. Lauren a keen sports person will assist and deliver a range of First Aid courses including “Avonmore Junior Responders” teaching kids first aid from the age of 5 to 13 years. Lauren has a passion for educating the younger generation and promoting key life saving skills.

Lauren actively supports the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS), providing cover for both Category 1 and Category 2 emergency calls as a community first responder. Her commitment reflects a strong focus on community service, operational readiness, and delivering timely care to those in need.
