Lynda has over 25 years commercial sales experience. In 2011 she had a cardiac arrest and was saved by Michelle who started good quality CPR within minutes.

When recovered, Lynda started out on a mission to help her community (over 2000 people) to get trained in CPR and to understand that immediate quality intervention as critical to survival.
Lynda continued her quest by successfully completing an Award in Education and Training and First Aid qualifications to enable her to reach a wider audience. She approaches training with a passion driven by her personal experience.

Lynda is a member of the Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council community of lifesavers.

Lynda is the Chair Person of the Mid Down & Lisburn District Community First Responder (CFR) Scheme and a Trustee of the organisation. In her role, Lynda provides strategic leadership and governance, supporting the effective management and long‑term development of the scheme. Her dedication helps ensure strong oversight, community engagement, and continued support for local emergency response services.
