Making A Purchase
We accept UK credit card payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. You may send your credit card information via phone, post or over the Internet.
We only Supply UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scotland for other countries please contact us direct using email@example.com and we will contact you within 48 hours
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All sales are subject to these conditions and no further conditions shall apply.
Prices listed are subject to alteration without notice and prices invoiced will be those ruling at the date of dispatch. VAT is charged extra at the rate ruling at the date of dispatch. Quotations will be current for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Where a payment is by credit card or debit card, Avonmore Training Solutions Ltd reserve the right not to deliver goods or supply services until confirmation of payment is received. Where payment is in accordance with a trading account, Avonmore Training Solutions Ltd will deliver an invoice with each order. Payment is required within 28 days of the date of the invoice. Avonmore Training Solutions Ltd reserve the right to charge 4% interest per month on any invoices remaining unpaid after their due date.

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order. Please note goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. The following exception applies: While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Shipping and Handling
Delivery Costs: Orders of £100 and more (excluding VAT) will normally be delivered free of charge to mainland UK * addresses. For orders below £100 to mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, * addresses there will be a small order charge to cover insurance, packing and posting. (*Exceptions are bulky items such as furniture and any deliveries outside mainland UK or to northern Scotland where extra carriage costs will be incurred).
Delivery charges are specified at the checkout. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. Avonmore Training Solutions and its suppliers shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Title: The goods remain the title of Avonmore Training Solutions and its suppliers until payment for the goods has cleared.
Insurance: Upon delivery of the goods, the risk inherent in the goods is transferred to you (the customer/buyer). We accept no responsibility for misuse or incorrect use of the goods.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us. All damages and lost items are to be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, after this time period no effective investigation can be launched with the courier.
Delivery of stock items within 24/48 hours. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery, or any consequence resulting thereof.
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery and dependant on other terms and conditions. We do not except responsibility where goods are not delivered to the delivery address but have been received on your behalf.
Any orders placed after 12.30 on Friday will not be processed or despatched until Monday, once all security checks have been done.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returned goods will not be accepted for credit unless through prior arrangement and credit will only be given according to the condition of the goods, if we are informed within 48 hours, resale ability and/or our supplier’s ability to credit us. All returns are subject to a handling charge as well as terms and conditions.
