CPR and Defibrillation
Learn to deliver high-quality CPR and operate an AED confidently and correctly.

Major Medical Emergencies
Manage serious conditions including heart attacks, strokes, anaphylaxis, epilepsy, and shock.

Injuries and Trauma Care
Treat head and spinal injuries, fractures, sprains, dislocations, chest injuries, and bleeding.

Burns, Poisoning, and Eye Injuries
Handle incidents involving scalds, chemical contact, ingestion of toxins, and eye-related accidents.

Minor Injuries and Recovery Position
Provide first aid for common workplace injuries such as cuts, grazes, and small wounds.

Duration: 3 Days (Minimum 18 contact hours)

Location: On-site at your business, community organisation, or venue

Qualification: QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF)

Certificate Validity: 3 years

Accreditation: Ofqual regulated via Qualsafe Awards

Meets HSE Guidance: Fully aligned with UK Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981
